Rates
$200-225 per 50 minute sessions, consultation fee available upon request.
Insurance
Dr. Mary A. Ellis is a Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield provider (Blue Choice Plan is not accepted). In advance of the first appointment, you will need to contact insurance plan to verify coverage particulars, as office staff is not on site to field insurance coverage questions.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for existing clients.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (paypal) accepted for payment. Payment is due at time of service absent prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment, or fail to provide 24 hours notice prior to canceling a scheduled therapy appointment, you will be charged a $80 late fee.
